ISLAMABAD - National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) as a team with United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF)- Pakistan on Tuesday held first consultative dialog to create extensive school security rules at national level.
The Gender and Child Cell of NDMA, with the backing of the UNICEF was presently adding to an arrangement of national school security strategy rules to be utilized by open and tuition based schools the nation over in times of regular and man-made catastrophes.
NDMA Chairman Major General Asghar Nawaz expressed that schoolchildren required unique consideration as they were among the most powerless section amid event of catastrophes, as per an official statement.
