Young Afghan Messi fan becomes Internet sensation



KABUL - A 5-year-old Afghan kid turned into a web sensation for wearing a natively constructed shirt of Lionel Messi built out of a plastic pack is to meet his football saint.

The Argentine striker was said to be moved by online photographs of five-year-old Murtaza Ahmadi playing in a temporary blue and white striped shirt with Messi's name and number 10 written in marker pen.

After the pictures became famous online the Barcelona star's dad, Jorge Messi, said his child needed "to accomplish something" for the youthful fan, whose family, from the eastern Afghan area of Ghazni, can't bear to purchase a legitimate shirt.

Murtaza's dad Mohammad Arif Ahmadi said his child just had a punctured ball to play with in his town in Taliban-pervaded Ghazni. "We don't have a football play area close to our home and the main ball I have is punctured," Murtuza told AFP. He assist said, "I cherish Messi, he plays truly well, and I adore the shirt my sibling made for me. I need to be similar to Messi when I grow up."

His dad who functions as a rancher, said he trusts that his child transforms into an incredible football player one day.
