ISLAMABAD – An extra and session's court on Saturday rejected previous president General (r) Pervez Musharraf's request looking for changeless exclusion from showing up in Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case, private TV channel reported.
Extra judge Parvez Qadir Memon declared that the decision and issued a non-bailable capture warrant for Musharraf. The previous ruler had recorded a request with the court – looking for lasting exclusion from showing up for the situation.
The court had saved its decision on February 13 after finish of contentions on the request.
