ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court Wednesday excluded a Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf administrator from NA-162-Sahiwal. A three-part seat headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali subsequent to listening to the contentions of all gatherings released PTI MNA Rai Hassan Nawaz bid against the Election Tribunal decision. The tribunal had excluded PTI MNA for disguising his advantages in the assignment papers amid the general races held in May 2013. Rai Hassan Nawaz was chosen from NA-162-Sahiwal in the general decisions on the ticket of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf. His opponent applicant Haji Muhammad Yaqoob who battled the races as a free competitor from the said body electorate had tested his triumph before the Election Tribunal claiming that Rai had hidden his benefits in the designation papers, documented amid the races. The Election Tribunal in the wake of listening to the matter had precluded Rai Hassan Nawaz and had requested the Election Commission of Pakistan to hold re-survey in the said voting demographic. Rai Hassan tested the tribunal decision in the Supreme Court, which likewise precluded him in the wake of rejecting his allure. The court declared in its short request and itemized judgment would be issued later on.
